What we collect

When you fill out the intake form or contact us, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, company, phone number, and any context you share about your business. We also collect basic technical data (user agent, referer) to help us understand how people find us.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to scope and propose work, and to send you the materials you've asked for. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and routed to scott@mediapromotions.net via Resend. Aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement is handled by Vercel Web Analytics. All providers operate under standard data-processing terms.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@mediapromotions.net and we'll respond inside one business day.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic without cookies or cross-site identifiers, so no consent banner is required. The only cookie this site sets is a server-side session cookie on the private /admin area, which the public site never touches.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
