    Audit

    Before we recommend anything, we pull apart everything you're currently doing — ad accounts, landing pages, social, analytics, attribution. Every leak gets documented with a screenshot, a one-line explanation, and a fix proposal. The audit is yours regardless of whether we work together.

    Plan

    We turn the audit into a 90-day plan with weekly milestones, named owners on both sides, and the exact metric each milestone ladders up to. Plans are short documents, not 60-page decks. You should be able to read the entire scope in 10 minutes and understand exactly what's shipping when.
