Lead Magnet
A lead magnet is a piece of valuable content (ebook, checklist, calculator, mini-course) offered in exchange for a prospect's email or phone. Effective lead magnets solve a specific problem the target customer has — generic 'subscribe to our newsletter' is not a lead magnet. Conversion rates on well-targeted lead magnets typically run 15-35% of landing page traffic.
