Quality Score
Quality Score is Google Ads' 1-10 rating of how relevant a keyword, ad, and landing page are to each other and to user intent. Higher quality scores translate to lower CPCs and better ad position. Three components: expected CTR, ad relevance, and landing page experience. A 1-point quality score improvement typically reduces CPC 10-25%.
