Crawl Budget
Crawl budget is the time and resource Googlebot allocates to crawling a site. Small sites rarely hit crawl-budget limits. Large sites (50k+ pages), poorly internally-linked sites, and sites with many low-value URLs (filtered category pages, faceted navigation) can exhaust crawl budget on unimportant pages, leaving important pages uncrawled or stale.
