Software that stores customer + prospect data and tracks interactions across the lifecycle.A CRM (customer relationship management system) stores prospect and customer data along with interaction history — calls, emails, meetings, deals. Common systems include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, and vertical-specific tools (Clio for law, ServiceTitan for home services). CRM data is the foundation of offline-conversion-import to ad platforms, marketing automation, and lifecycle reporting.
