Marketing Funnel
The marketing funnel is the stage model of prospect-to-customer conversion — typically awareness → consideration → decision → action, with retention and advocacy as post-conversion stages. Modern funnels are non-linear (prospects loop, skip, and re-enter stages) but the framework still organizes channel strategy and creative-tone choices.
