Intake
Intake is the workflow that turns inbound leads into paying customers — qualification questions, response-time SLA, follow-up cadence, conversion to scheduled appointment or signed engagement. Intake is where 30-50% of marketing-generated leads are lost in most service-business operations; fixing intake is often higher-leverage than acquiring more leads.
